Friday night around 12:30 I started feeling contractions so I called up my awsome sister Rachel to come over in the middle of the night to watch Lauren. Me and Ashley got to the hospital around 1:00 and everything went great from there. I had Jayden at 4:51am on April 10th, he weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz. and he was 20 in. long. We are so happy he is apart of our family now and love him so much! *more pics to come*

General Conference

Happy Easter! What a great time to focus on our Savior Jesus Christ and remember the life he lived as an example for us. I am so grateful to know that He lives and loves me today. This last weekend we had the opportunity to listen to General Conference; where the Prophet and his Apostles and other leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints speak to us. There were so many inspired and great messages shared, check it out at lds.org .

No Toe Lo Los

Although I was hoping to go to the hospital on Sunday, I ended up going for the wrong reason.

There was a big metal container- thing- that Lauren was playing around and it fell on her big toe. We rushed her to the Emergency room and she completely lost her toe nail and had to get 5 stitches on her big toe. She was so brave and is doing very well. Today she looked at her stitches inside her bandage and called it a bug :) We love that girl, and hopefully soon she will be joined by her baby brother!
